We get involved in the design process from the early stages of requirements to market release by:
- Understanding marketing requirements
- Translating marketing requirements into engineering requirements
- Defining system and subsystems based on different disciplines and product components
- Generating concepts by liaising with all relevant disciplines
- Design and development of prototypes
- Testing for verification and validation up to pre-production stage
- Release to manufacturing
We use Solid Works and Creo as our main CAD packages, however other CAD packages can be used upon request.

Finite Element Analysis Simulations
We use finite element analysis in the design process once the physics of a proposed concept has been understood, to converge to a design based on comparative iterations. There are a large number of examples where finite element modelling has been used to perform mechanical static and dynamic, thermal, fluid flow, electromagnetic and other types of analysis.
This capability can be offered as part of the product design process or as a stand alone.
